Sit in the galleries.
They run down both flanks on cusped arches carved out of grey stone, 2 storeys of them. The valley shows through every opening. Delwara's lights come on below while you are still on the first drink.
The counter is dark timber with the bottles racked behind it and small bronze figures set along the top. The ceiling above is white and coffered, and long framed panels of small lights run along the upper walls beneath it.
