Houses with a story
At Umaid Bhawan, breakfast and dinner move out to Pillars, the colonnaded terrace above the gardens, with Mehrangarh on the horizon. The family lives in its own wing, as it always has. At the Taj Lake Palace, dinner is on the roof at Bhairo, with the City Palace lit across the water.
