Every booking has its own page under your bookings, with its reference, the terms it was made on, and a line to the concierge that already knows which stay you mean. A cancellation inside a rate's free window can be made there directly.
How money comes back, and when, is set out under refunds and cancellations. A question about a charge is answered fastest with the booking reference in the first line.
Where we are
The company behind Kismet is Kismet Stay Private Limited, registered in India. Post and legal notices go to the registered office; everything else goes to the concierge.
