One pavilion plan covers 3 of the 10 grades: a single long room with a folding screen between the bed and the sitting end, a wall of glass that disappears, a sun deck with a plunge pool, and a bathroom with 2 vanities and an outdoor tub in a walled courtyard.
The Garden Pool Pavilion and the Partial Ocean View Pool Pavilion are both 130 square metres; the Lagoon Pool Pavilion is 146. All that changes is what is on the other side of the glass: your own planting and nothing else, an oceanfront lagoon, or a wedge of the bay between the casuarinas. None of the 3 is better than the others.
In the Partial Ocean View Pool Pavilion and the Partial Ocean View Pool Villa the sea is genuinely in the frame, from the terrace and from the window seat. It is a gap between trees up the bay, though, not an open horizon.
The Beachfront Pool Villa is the grade where the water is the whole outlook and the sand is a few paces past the terrace. On a beach holiday that difference is usually worth paying for or worth avoiding, but it is never worth guessing at.
Every one-bedroom pavilion and villa here holds 3 people, full stop — no arrangement fits a 4th. The next step is not a bigger bedroom; it is a second one.
The Partial Ocean View Pool Pavilion Two Bedrooms is 253 square metres, with a king room and a twin room either side of a central living and dining space, and it takes 5. Above that come the 4 Houses.
The Beach House and The Ocean House are both two-bedroom, at 796 square metres each.
The Coral House has 3 bedrooms; the Palm House has 4 bedrooms and 2 pools. Several of the pavilions and villas also connect to a neighbour on request, which is how a party of 4 is usually housed. Ask before you book.

The pavilion is 130 square metres with the wall taken away and a garden on the other side of it — banana and heliconia grown close in, a plunge pool along the deck, and no view out at all, which is the trade this grade exists to make.
The Beach House and The Ocean House are twins: the same 796-square-metre plan, 2 bedrooms above a walled garden with detached living and dining pavilions and a pool below, set at opposite ends of the same stretch of sand. Both are priced the same.
The Coral House is a split-level 3-bedroom house on the beachfront with a full kitchen and a pool terrace.
The Palm House is the largest thing here: a 2-storey, 4-bedroom residence with 2 living rooms, its own gym, a full kitchen and a pool on each floor, and it sleeps 12. All 4 are staffed differently from a pavilion, and all 4 are worth a conversation before you book.
