Villa
The Coral House is a decorated house rather than a resort villa, and the interior is the reason. A travertine chimney breast stands between two black glazed cabinets, a green velvet chaise on one side of the room and a long cream sofa on the other, all under the same coffered ceiling the pavilions use, with art on the walls and colour in the rugs. The bedrooms carry that on: rust-coloured floors, arched mirrors, cushioned window seats looking straight into planting.
It is split level, which is what makes the outside work. The upper terrace looks down through a glass-railed light well onto the pool below, so the two levels see each other, and the lawn and the hedge and then the wooded ridge close the whole thing in. From across the water the house is a low pale block under a planted roof with loungers and two parasols along the edge, half hidden by a sea almond. It sleeps 9 across 3 bedrooms, with a full kitchen for a party that intends to cook some of the time.
A child is 12 or under.
The free bed goes into a king-bedded room. From 13 the figure is before tax, and it covers the bed and breakfast.
A cot goes into a king-bedded room in place of the extra bed.
