This is where the ladder stops being a room and starts being accommodation for a family. The plan puts the two bedrooms at opposite ends — a master with a king, a second with twin beds under a carved timber headboard, each with its own bathroom and its own courtyard tub — and a bright central space between them holding a full dining table and a sitting area, glazed along the whole seaward side.

The terrace is the room everyone actually uses: a lap pool running down the edge of the deck, a double lounger and a parasol beside it, a dining table at the pavilion door, and the bay in the gap between the trees. At dusk with the ridge behind it going dark and the sky over the water turning, it is the best hour this grade has. The cap here is 5 guests.
