Villa
The plan is a courtyard house — separate pavilions set around a walled lawn, joined by shaded terraces, so that moving between the bedrooms and the living room means going outside. The two bedrooms sit along the top of the garden with their bathrooms behind them. Below, a kitchen and dining pavilion holds two pale stone tables set end to end under a run of glass-globe pendants, glazed on 3 sides. Beside it the living pavilion opens completely onto the deck.
The pool is a large one and it is not the only water: the bay is a few steps past the palms, and this house has its own piece of the sand. Lit at dusk from the lawn — dining room, terrace and bedrooms all glowing behind glass with the pool light running the length of the water — this is the villa at its best. A connecting Beachfront Pool Villa makes a third bedroom. It takes 5 guests.
A child is 12 or under.
The free bed goes into a king-bedded room. From 13 the figure is before tax, and it covers the bed and breakfast.
A cot goes into a king-bedded room in place of the extra bed.
