This is the grade for people who came for quiet rather than for sand. The house puts it deliberately on higher ground, away from the beach and the main facilities, and what you get for the walk down is elevation: the pool deck sits above the treetops with jungle rising directly behind the wall, and the bay shows over the canopy in a wedge between the trees. The plan is two buildings rather than one — a glazed living and dining pavilion with a kitchen counter and a long table, and a separate bedroom wing — with the pool, a canopied day bed and a dining terrace on the deck that joins them.
The bedroom faces a planted courtyard with a bench under a slatted pergola, and there is a cushioned window seat that looks past the day bed and the pool to the water. At dusk the whole thing lights up against the black hill. Connecting villas through the courtyard make a second bedroom. It takes 3 guests.
A child is 12 or under.
The free bed goes into a king-bedded room. From 13 the figure is before tax, and it covers the bed and breakfast.
A cot goes into a king-bedded room in place of the extra bed.
