Villa
The plan is a long strip and the sea is at the end of it. A bedroom pavilion with a courtyard bathroom — a stone bath set into the planting, open to the sky, and a timber gate through to the garden — then a walled garden and a stone terrace, then a detached living and dining pavilion glazed on two sides with the glass folded right back. Between them, a pergola hung with creeper over a double day bed on a plinth, and a pool with the water running away under it.
Sitting at the dining table you look down the whole length of the villa, through the living room and the terrace, to the casuarinas and then the water. The beach is a few paces past the last of them. This is where the panoramic sea view at this house actually lives. It takes 3 guests.
A child is 12 or under.
The free bed goes into a king-bedded room. From 13 the figure is before tax, and it covers the bed and breakfast.
A cot goes into a king-bedded room in place of the extra bed.
