The Legacy House cooks classic Cantonese dishes — roast goose, crispy fried pigeon — alongside seasonal specialties from Guangdong. The room runs a dim sum set at lunch and a full dinner menu, with a private dim sum menu of its own.

CHAAT takes the bold flavours and social gathering traditions of India's street food and serves them with cocktails and wines chosen to echo the long-ago spice trade routes into India. Small plates, curries, a tandoori grill and dishes built to share run across the card, closed Mondays.

Marmo Bistro runs classic French dishes on a seasonal menu, with brunch on Sundays and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday. Carefully sourced ingredients and a full wine list carry the card, in a room built for a neighbourhood feel.

Open all day with a card that runs comfort food and international dishes together, dressed more like a private dining room than a diner. Set lunch and dinner menus run beside the standing card, plus a kids' menu.

The Butterfly Room serves a 5-course afternoon tea under a wall of Damien Hirst's circular butterfly discs, with Mariage Frères tea or coffee alongside it. The room is available for private rental, and afternoon tea is a 2-hour sitting, taken by the whole table.
