The resort splits into 2 estates, plus a pair of villas.
Arabian Court is the family side: 8 grades taking 4 to 8 people, interconnecting doors, and the lagoon pool and KidsOnly on the doorstep. The Residence is adults only — 4 grades, each capped at 2 adults with no children at all, each with afternoon tea, a spa treatment per person and a personal host in the rate.
Garden Villa and Beach Villa stand apart from both: 300 square metres each, 2 bedrooms, a private pool, a garden and a host. Choose the estate before you choose the room. It is the one decision here that spending more will not fix.
Arabian Court Garden Deluxe Room, Arabian Court Garden Family Room and Arabian Court Garden Executive Suite are on the ground floor, with a terrace that opens straight onto lawn. The same rooms upstairs have a balcony behind a dark timber lattice, and sea and garden in the view instead of grass underfoot. Same size either way, and the garden floor costs slightly more.
Take the garden if there are small children or a paperback involved. Take the balcony if you want the horizon.
Arabian Court Garden Family Room and Arabian Court Family Deluxe Room both take 8 people, and both are 2 Arabian Court Deluxe Rooms with the door between them left open — one made up with a king, one with 2 beds. The Garden version is on the ground floor with terraces onto the lawn, the Deluxe version the same thing upstairs.
Arabian Court Two-Bedroom Executive Suite is a different shape: a full Executive Suite with its living room and dining nook, and a second bedroom off it. At 175 square metres it is bigger than either family room, and it takes 5 people rather than 8.
Rates here move with the nights you choose, so there is nothing honest to show until you have chosen them. Pick your dates above and the rooms the house sells online will price themselves.
Every grade at The Residence takes 2 guests, adults only, with no child allowance at all.
Residence Executive Suite is 118 square metres — bigger than most family rooms — and still will not take a third person. What you get instead is the quietest half of the estate: a pool nobody under 21 uses, a dining room and library bar for Residence guests only, afternoon tea every day, a 60-minute treatment per person per stay, and a named host from the moment you arrive.
Arabian Court Deluxe Room, Arabian Court Garden Deluxe Room and Residence Prestige Room each come with a king or 2 beds, at the same size and the same price. Choose the bed on the rate; there is no separate room to go looking for. The square metres, the occupancy and the photography are identical, because the room is.
