The planting at Arabian Court has had 25 years to mature, so what is in front of you is not a border but a garden: clipped hedge, flowering shrubs, palms overhead, and the path to the pool somewhere through it.

This is the grade to take with small children, and the reason is not the size. It is that the door opens onto somewhere they can be without a lift, a corridor and a set of stairs in between. It comes with a king or 2 beds, takes 4 guests at most, and interconnects the same way its upstairs twin does. The ground floor costs a little more than the balcony, consistently, which tells you what people ask for.
