The same interior footprint as the Junior Suite and a completely different evening. Instead of a balcony over the lawn there is a private roof terrace — 15 square metres of paving inside a planted parapet, with loungers, a low table and somewhere to eat, and the crowns of the palms level with the rail. Nobody overlooks it. It is the most private outdoor space at The Residence, and the reason this grade prices above the Junior Suite.

Inside is light-filled and residential: sweeping windows over the gardens, a king bedroom, a separate living area, and a marble bathroom with the bath under an arched screened window. Two adults, no children. The Residence's own list rides in the rate — breakfast, afternoon tea, a 60-minute treatment each, a dedicated host — along with DRIFT access.
