The Cullinan occupies the ground floor.
Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves stand behind a marble bar, a sculptural installation of copper-and-blue ribbon suspended over the room, so the whole space reads as a library that happens to serve steak.
The bar runs until 2 in the morning, and the room changes hands twice on the way there: children of 7 and under leave at 6, and anyone 15 or under at 8.
