Pierre Hermé's tea room, beside a marble fountain
Restaurant
Come in the morning for a slow breakfast of pastries, a hot drink, fresh fruit juice, seasonal fruit and an Ispahan yoghurt.
At lunch the menu turns light: sandwiches, lobster rolls, a croque-monsieur, Pierre Hermé's beef burger, or a Caesar salad with chicken, prawns or lobster.
Afternoon tea is the high point of the day. A champagne cocktail comes with mini smoked salmon and Caesar sandwiches, madeleines, small cakes and macarons, among them 2 that Pierre Hermé makes for La Mamounia alone: Date and Earl Grey, and Amlou.
Or take it the Moroccan way, with pastries of honey, almonds and orange blossom and a mint tea picked in the garden, while the marble fountain murmurs beside you.

Pierre Hermé
His pastries and desserts have been served across the hotel since it reopened in 2020, and both tea rooms carry his name.
