The order here is the trilogy of smoked salmon, caviar and champagne.
The salmon is Icelandic, and Maison Kaviari chose the Oscietra, Kristal and Beluga for La Mamounia alone. All of it comes with blinis and cream.
Every cocktail on the list of Créations Exclusives is printed under the Churchill line that inspired it. The British Bulldog, of Zacapa rum, coffee and banana caramel, sits under "Never, never ever give up". The Statesman sits under "The water was not fit to drink. To make it palatable, we had to add whisky."
The champagne list includes the Pol Roger cuvée named for Sir Winston Churchill, and a Taittinger made for the hotel. Behind the bar is a library of whisky, with bottles from as far as Japan.
