Without alcohol, there is an Al Mamoun of tangerine, mango and saffron honey with tonic, a Pink Kingdom of rose geranium, hibiscus and ginger, and a Royal Velvet of pineapple, coconut milk and matcha.
Moroccan mint tea comes over ice, too.
The signature cocktails are Tiki, and all 4 are made with rum: a Mamounia Maï Taï, or a Nuage du Bounty of cinnamon-infused rum, pineapple and toasted coconut.
Lunch is light and comes off the plancha, the grill or the rotisserie: line-caught Moroccan sea bass, John Dory, organic salmon or half a chicken, with the sides and sauce you choose. Or order a burrata with old-variety tomatoes, a club sandwich or a smash burger.
