Breakfast to birdsong and the great fountain
Restaurant
Come for breakfast.
Early in the morning it is calm here: birdsong, the murmur of the great fountain, and the pool shimmering in the sun. The buffet has fresh juices, homemade jams and pastries, eggs cooked as you like them, and a Moroccan table of r'ghaif, baghrir with honey and butter, a tagine of quail eggs and beef jerky, and harira.
At lunch the grill takes over. Meat is seared in front of you, golden poultry is carved in the room, and there are bright salads and Moroccan dishes, or fish and chips. Pierre Hermé's desserts finish it: an Infiniment Vanille tart, a Carrément Chocolat cake, macarons and Ispahan ice cream.
Sunday brunch is slower. The buffets add fresh fish with oysters and shellfish, salads fragrant with garden herbs, fine cheeses, and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice, and a glass of champagne goes well with it.
