Kunafa is what this room is known for, and it is served all day.
Crisp pastry over cheese that oozes, warm syrup poured on, a sheet of 22-karat gold leaf on top, and ashta ice cream made with milk and orange blossom beside it. There are 3 versions on the card, from about AED 105 to about AED 230.
Afternoon tea is a set selection with a choice of tea, coffee or bubbles — about AED 260, or about AED 420 if you take the bubbles.
The tea list is longer than the coffee list. Black, oolong, green, white and dark, plus flowering teas and herbal infusions.
