You arrive by buggy, through a run of arches showing the other Nammos destinations around the world, and come out under an airy pergola with koi ponds either side and blue Aegean archways beyond.
The terrace runs straight onto the shoreline. Palms frame the water, the accents are turquoise, and mahogany sunbeds in the Riva manner line the sand under teal-and-white striped umbrellas.
The plate it is known for is the aubergine mille-feuille — roasted aubergine layered with feta.
