Every room here faces either the Palm — the island, the fountain, the Dubai skyline behind it — or open Gulf with nothing in it. The names tell you which: Palmscape and Seascape at entry level, Palm View and Sea View on the Sky Pool Villas, Cityscape and Oceanscape among the penthouses. Neither is better, and the two price much the same.
The Palm side is busier and sits over the fountain. The Gulf side is quieter and keeps the sunset. Decide that first and the list gets short.
The 4 guest-room grades are all 55 to 60 square metres, and the only difference between them is the beds. A King room has 1 king bed and takes 2 adults. A Queen room has 2 queen beds and takes 3 adults and a child, so it prices a little above its King twin.
Moving between them is not an upgrade; you are buying a second bed. There are no roll-away beds in the guest rooms, so a fourth adult means the Family Room or a suite.
A Royal Club room is the same size and the same view as the guest room below it. What you are paying for is the lounge: check-in upstairs, breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés at the Royal Hour and premium drinks all day, which for most people replaces a bar tab. Every suite and penthouse includes the same access, so above this level there is nothing to decide.
Royal Club is sold for the whole stay, never a single night.
The Junior Sky View Suite is the first step up, and it adds a real terrace on its own — still one open room behind it.
Rates here move with the nights you choose, so there is nothing honest to show until you have chosen them. Pick your dates above and the rooms the house sells online will price themselves.

The Sky Terrace Suites go further and add a separate living room too.
The 2 Sky Pool Villas add a private infinity pool on that terrace. The 6 Signature Penthouses add a pool, a butler and a car, and 4 of them can be taken as a whole floor.
Only the Sky Terrace Suites really scale: 1 bedroom at 117 to 133 square metres sleeps 3 adults, 2 bedrooms at 172 to 190 sleep 6, 3 bedrooms at 227 to 250 sleep 8.
The Family Room is 2 interconnecting guest rooms with 1 king and 2 queens, 110 to 120 square metres, and it takes 5 adults and a child — the simplest honest answer for a family of 5.
The Sky Terrace Family Suite is smaller: 1 bedroom with a sofa bed, for 2 adults and 2 children.
The Royal Mansion takes 9 adults across 4 bedrooms.
