The same plan as its sea-facing twin — two living rooms, a private pantry, a guest washroom, a dressing room, an en-suite bedroom and a sofa bed — with a temperature-controlled infinity pool cut into a stone terrace, a sunken jacuzzi, loungers and a slatted timber pavilion for shade. A private basement entrance, and the option to take the floor.

The difference is the view after dark. The terrace looks down the trunk of the Palm at the Marina and Downtown, and from the 34th floor at 9 in the evening that is the whole of Dubai lit at once. In daylight the Oceanscape's empty water is arguably the better room. This is the night-time one.
