The first suite in this house with genuinely separate rooms. A living room with a sofa and two round-backed chairs on a watercolour carpet under a starburst chandelier, a study corner and a dining table, a private pantry, a guest washroom, and a bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room beyond. Two people can keep entirely different hours in it.

The terrace runs the width of the suite, takes a proper table and chairs, and is deep enough to be shaded for part of the day. It faces the Palm, so the sunset arrives over the island and the fountain is somewhere below. Connecting options are available: the two- and three-bedroom versions are this suite joined to its neighbours.
