Larger than the Sunscape and laid out as a home rather than a suite — living and dining areas that are two rooms rather than one, a private pantry, a guest washroom, a walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, an en-suite bedroom with the sea across the whole window, and a sofa bed for a fourth. There is a private basement entrance.

The terrace is the difference: a temperature-controlled infinity pool and a separate sunken jacuzzi, planting along the parapet, and nothing past the rail but water. It is the sea-facing half of a pair with the Cityscape — same floor, same plan, turned the other way.
