Ossiano looks into the Ambassador Lagoon, and there are 65,000 animals in it.
By day the aquarium walk goes through the same tank on the ground floor, and the Underwater Suites sleep against it at night. Dinner is the only one of the 3 you sit down for.
The courses change with the season rather than holding to a fixed list.
For anyone who would rather be on the other side of the glass, there is a diving programme in the same water for certified divers, and a snorkel for everybody else.
