The kitchen is in the middle of the room, not behind a wall.
Past it the windows have the Dubai skyline in them, and after dark that is most of what you look at between courses.
The cooking follows the season, so a dinner in March and a dinner in November are not the same meal.
The kitchen also leaves the room. A guest in a Signature Suite can have it cook dinner in the suite instead, at the suite's own table.
