There are 2 wine masterclasses and the sommelier leads both.
One is Thai, on labels grown in this country. The other is the premium list, from everywhere else. Each pours 4 wines with a cold-cut and cheese platter alongside, at about THB 2,500 and about THB 5,200 a head before tax and service.
It takes a private dinner too. One evening that was 6 courses poured by the owner of a South African estate, at a table set for 10.
