La Crique brings other kitchens in.
Shiro Yamazaki, of the Michelin-starred Yamazaki in Tokyo, took the room for 3 days of kaiseki. Franck le Bayon came down from iODE in Bangkok and cooked a French lunch and dinner beside Notty Worawit, who runs this kitchen.
Those evenings are the exception. The rest of the year the list is Notty's own, built on French technique and fish landed on this coast.
