Together they put the bar on the west coast of the island, with open water in front of it.
It brings in bartenders from elsewhere. Dirk Hany, who runs Bar am Wasser in Zurich, spent an afternoon here on a masterclass about how the classic drinks were built, then poured 6 of his own from 5.30 until late.
