Sunday is brunch, from noon until 4.
Unlimited Phuket and Canadian lobster, oysters, the day's Andaman catch, Australian wagyu off the carving station, sashimi and a live barbecue, with a jazz trio playing through it and a painting workshop set up by the water. It starts at about THB 3,300 a head before tax and service, and the main pool and the beach stay open to you afterwards.
Friday is the other fixed evening. A 10-course omakase runs from 6 until 10, at about THB 5,900 a head, booked at least 12 hours ahead. The same terrace, an entirely different kitchen.
