The Hillside Cottage, the Superior Cottage and the Deluxe Cottage are all 46 square metres, all one bedroom, all with the same super king, sofa bed and terrace. Only position tells them apart.
The Hillside Cottage sits above the lobby in the treetops, and is the quietest and most private.
The Superior Cottage sits in the middle, with the shortest walk to breakfast and the main facilities.
The Deluxe Cottage is spread down the slope with the Andaman visible through the palms. Pick by where you want to be standing at 6 in the evening.
Both beachfront grades put you at the water.
The Beach Suite is 65 square metres and one room — a super king, a sofa bed, a large bathroom with a tub, 2 dressing areas, and a private sun terrace you step off directly onto the sand.
The Beach Deluxe Suite is 90 square metres, and the extra space is a separate living room with a daybed that converts to a bed for 2 children, plus a verandah with a covered sitting area and a sun deck.
There are 9 Beach Deluxe Suites, and most have their own way down to the beach. If it is the 2 of you, the smaller one puts you in the same place for less. With children, that living room is the reason to pay for the larger.
The Pool Villa is the only grade that is not part of a terrace of cottages: 90 square metres standing alone high above the bay, reached by floating walkways through the jungle, with an infinity-edge pool, a lounging sala and a separate sitting room. It does not have the sea at the foot of the steps; the outlook is garden and canopy.
Rates here move with the nights you choose, so there is nothing honest to show until you have chosen them. Pick your dates above and the rooms the house sells online will price themselves.

A suite of 90 square metres on the sand — a bedroom, a separate living room, and a covered verandah with a sun deck off it that the tide comes to.
It is the same size as the Beach Deluxe Suite, so the choice between the two is not about money: water of your own that nobody can see into, or sand 10 seconds from the door.
The Two-Bedroom Family Cottage is 68 square metres, with a super king in the master and twin singles in a connecting room, each with its own television, its own sitting area and its own door onto the shared sun terrace, which lets a parent close a door without leaving the cottage. It takes 4.
The only other grade that sleeps 4 is the Beach Deluxe Suite, with a daybed in its living room. Everything else here tops out at 3.
