Global cooking, built around what the farms send

The all-day room, and where you will eat most of your meals. The cooking is global and starts with the ingredient: the menus are built around what local farmers and producers have that week, and change with the season. There is a bar at one end, and outside a courtyard with tables under a timber pergola between the lit wings, which is where to be in November. Breakfast is here, and so is the Victorian high tea on Friday and Saturday afternoons.
