The same 251 square metres as the Signature Suite, arranged the opposite way. There is no door between the sleeping half and the sitting half: it is one long studio, with extra seating drawn up in the bedroom, furniture made for the room, and the plunge pool running the length of a sandstone hall screened in jaali, the gardens beyond it.

A king bed dressed in jade and gold against deep aubergine leather, a buttoned cream sofa across the foot of it, a writing desk, and a marble bathroom that is genuinely large. Take it if you like living in one room and hate corridors; take the Signature Suite if you want a door. A three-bedroom apartment with a plunge pool can be arranged on request.
