The Lodhi Bakery: glass cases of pastries, chocolates and breads down both sides of a small white room, a chalkboard at the back and a black-and-white chequered floor.

Cakes are made here too, contemporary ones alongside classic ones, next to the pastries and the macarons.

There is nowhere to sit. Everything here is meant to be carried out, not eaten in.
