The coffee is where the attention has gone.
The Zaffrani Sphere is a chilled Turkish coffee served with a sphere of saffron and brown sugar. Cold Brew Dust is a naturally processed bean filtered for 18 hours and finished with red fruit powder. There is an espresso tonic as well, tonic water flavoured with orange and espresso.
Tea gets the same care. The food is deliberately light, and it starts 3 hours after the drinks do.
It is open 15 hours a day, longer than anything else here. That is because it takes the hours nothing else wants: before dinner, after dinner, and the middle of a summer afternoon when outdoors is not an option.
