This is the only kitchen here with nothing over it.
Dinner is the whole of the service — 6.30 until 10.30, one window — and there is no lunch, no bar hour and no turning up on the night. A table is arranged in advance because the table has to be put there.
It shuts through the high summer for the obvious reason: from June an evening outdoors in Liwa is an endurance test rather than a dinner. It reopens in October and runs through to the spring.
