Breakfast reads like a list of where the guests have come from.
Congee sits a few lines below syrniki. A section headed Sahar holds çılbır, menemen, shakshouka and ful medames, all of them with bread made in the kitchen.
Lunch and dinner are European and lean Mediterranean. There are 5 Neapolitan pizzas, a short pasta list, and a section of large plates meant to be shared.
The terrace looks over the resort towards the sea. The coffee out there is BOON, Arabica grown in Ethiopia and roasted in the UAE.
