Casa Amor came from St Tropez, and the room reads more like Tulum: light wood, earthy textures, nothing polished.
The beach is sold by the row. A first-row sunbed runs about AED 400 a person, the rows behind it about AED 300, and a private cabana about AED 1,000. Part of what you pay comes back against food and drink.
Guest artists are booked through the season, and the bar opens onto the sunset with a shelf of St Tropez bottles behind it. There is a shisha list too.
Children are welcome on the beach until the light goes, and in the restaurant at any hour.
