The trees are the first thing you see.
They are gilded, they stand in the lobby itself, and the glass behind them runs floor to ceiling onto the Gulf. A terrace opens off one side.
Breakfast comes as a set or off the list. The set is bread and pastry, yoghurt, 2 eggs done as you like with 2 trimmings, fruit, juice and a pot of tea. The list runs from shakshouka and manakish to açaí and blueberry pancakes.
Order the Umm Ali when you sit down, because it is baked to order and takes half an hour. Tree of Delight, further down the same list, is 5 small gateaux and 2 coffees.
