The room is narrow and the walls are the cellar.
Glazed cabinets run floor to ceiling down one side and across the end, and the bottles inside lie on their sides, lit from within.
You taste at a long dark table set down the middle of it, on high stools, with a bronze horse's head standing on the wood. The ceiling is white slats laid at intervals, and everything else in the room is glass and bottle.
