La Pasticceria is a set of 11 pastries Romito made for the Bvlgari houses, each one drawn from a different Italian region and built lighter than the recipe it comes from.
They arrive on coloured Ginori 1735 plates, and at tea they come in miniature.
The lounge opens onto a shaded terrace above the beach, with the Dubai skyline standing across the water. The drinks are tea, coffee, juices and mocktails: 6 loose-leaf teas chosen one at a time, a single-origin Ethiopian coffee, matcha in 3 colours, and a sparkling that carries no alcohol.
On a weekday the table is held for 2 hours. The weekend sitting runs from 3 until 6.
