Pier Daniele Seu has worked with this house since 2020, and for the summer his pizza has its own open counter on the outdoor terrace.
The counter was placed 16th in Asia-Pacific by 50 Top Pizza in 2025. The list keeps his classics, adds 2 seasonal pizzas that change every month, and finishes with a sweet one.
Il Gelato is Romito's, made with fresh milk and natural ingredients, and for the summer it leaves its kiosk and parks a cart inside the room. Pistachio, hazelnut and chocolate are always on it; the rest changes through the season.
Breakfast comes 3 ways as a set — Italian, Arab or Chinese. The Chinese one is steamed bread, dumplings, congee and poached eggs in miso soup. A long carte runs beside them if you would rather build your own.
