Restaurant

The club is named for Bvlgari's snake, and the motif is worked into the cabanas, the daybeds and the terraces, golden orange against the turquoise of the bay.
Refreshments arrive through the day without being ordered: fruit, light bites and the bar's own cocktails.
Lunch is a beach lunch taken seriously. A grill sits at the centre of it, running from corn-fed baby chicken through octopus and wild sea bass to a wagyu rib-eye, and beside it is a short raw list of Oscietra, Beluga and oysters.
Breakfast is served here as well, in the same 3 set forms as inside — Italian, Arab or Chinese — or off a carte. There is a menu written for children, and the Little Gems Clvb has a pool of its own.
