Murano glass on black marble

The bar top is black marble, set with 110 twirls of Murano glass hand-blown with gold dust by Barovier&Toso.
As the evening comes on, the glass catches the light and gives the counter a soft glow. Mahogany panels and mirrors line the wall behind it, and orange leather stools run along the front.
The cocktail card has 11 signature cocktails, 5 low-ABV drinks and 6 mocktails, and some of them read like a kitchen. Burro & Salvia is vodka and rosé vermouth with butter and sage. Messico & Rucole mixes mezcal and tequila with tomato water and rocket.
Caviar comes in 3 kinds, Oscietra, Siberian sturgeon and Beluga, in 30 or 50 grams.
