Underfoot, the floor is laid in opus spicatum herringbone. A mosaic fountain carries the Bvlgari star, a tribute to the fountains all over Rome where Romans like to sit and talk.
In summer, Pier Daniele Seu runs a temporary pizza bar here, on a dough that rises for 30 hours. There are 8 pizzas, from a Margherita DOP to one of cheeses and lemon, with Franciacorta from Bellavista to drink alongside. Seu was named Pizza Chef of the Year in 2019 by 50 Top Pizza, and has worked with Bvlgari since 2020, starting at Bvlgari Resort Dubai.
