The fifth floor, over the Mausoleum
Restaurant

The restaurant has its own street door at 73 Via di Ripetta, an archway onto a frescoed hall.
Upstairs, on the fifth floor, the dining room is panelled in mahogany and hung with Bvlgari artwork. It seats 54, and it opens onto a large terrace that looks over the Mausoleum of Augustus.
The tasting menu is 7 courses, served to the whole table, with water and coffee included and an optional wine pairing. It opens on a cold extraction of tomato and closes on a Bellini made as a dessert: white chocolate mousse, peach sorbet and a foam of rosé wine. The dessert wines are poured by the glass, and the list runs to a 2021 Château d'Yquem.
For a party of up to 8 there is a private dining room. Its walls are upholstered in a Rubelli fabric of the 12 signs of the zodiac, with Maxalto furniture and blown-glass lights by Barovier&Toso, and the zodiac carries on outside, across its own private terrace.
