The menu is 4 kitchens rather than one: a burger counter, a Mexican cantina, Roman pizza, and a Middle Eastern grill.
Each runs a short list of its own, and each has a children's version of it.
The vegetables and the fruit come through the Atlas Project, which sources organic produce inside the UAE. A beach bar could quietly not bother, and this one does not.
The pizzas come in 3 sizes. The rest arrives as it is ready rather than in courses, which is how a lunch on sand should run.
