Ling Ling

The menu is built for a table that keeps ordering: dim sum, bao buns, skewers off the robata grill, temaki tacos you fill yourself, and a long list of sushi.

Nothing arrives in a course order and nothing is meant to.

Caviar comes as a 5-gram bump with a shot beside it, or as a platter with blinis and egg. One of those is a dish and the other is a decision about the evening.

There is a signature sushi platter that runs to sashimi, nigiri, salmon tartare with sea urchin and roe, lobster, oysters and caviar, and it is meant for a table rather than a person. Everything else can be ordered a single piece at a time.
