The fountain is the reason to sit here.
It starts at 8, throws water 28 metres out of a black lagoon and lights it magenta, and there is fire in the show as well as water, so it changes rather than repeats.
The seats along the front face it head on and are the ones to ask for. Behind them the building's own lit facade goes up 43 storeys, which is the other half of the view.
Not everyone here is drinking. The teas and the coffees are taken as seriously as the cocktails, and there is a separate smoking terrace, 18 and over.
