The room takes its idea from the coffee houses of the European courts, and it is offered as an alternative to a formal afternoon tea rather than a copy of one.
The cake flights are divided 4 ways: classics, continental, a set that is eggless and gluten-free, and the ones people ask for most. Each flight is several slices rather than one.
